Led by Nichola Moore LCGI MCG CVSc award-winning groomer, veterinary nurse and one of a handful to hold the LCGI, Higher Diploma and European MasterCraftsman Qualifications alongside over 35 years of industry experience. Nichola is also an industry consultant having helped develop the OCNNI & City&Guilds Dog Grooming Qualifications and National Occupational Standards with Lantra.
